'Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga', starring Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Ketika Sharma in the lead roles, gets a clearance certificate from the board before its September release Panja Vaisshnav Tej's upcoming romantic flick, Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga, got a clearance from the censorship board. The movie makers have managed to garner attention through the teasers and trailer released in the past. The movie has Vaisshnav as the male lead and model-turned-actress Ketika Sharma plays his lady love. Team has wrapped up the last-minute formalities for the film and the censor board issued a U/A certificate for the movie. This certification means that the movie can be watched in theatres by adults, but children under the age of 12 should watch it under adult supervision. Panja Vaishnav Tej made his acting debut in Telugu cinema with Uppena, which turned out to be a blockbuster movie. Different from his first film where he played a fisherman, Tej appears in a refined look as a doctor in his second love drama. With a majority of netizens drawing a parallel between ‘Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga’ and Pawan Kalyan’s Kushi due to a few similarities, the Mega fans are calling it as the unofficial sequel to the 2001 romance comedy. Backed by Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and with music provided by Devi Sri Prasad, the Gireesaaya-directorial will hit theatres on September 2.
