After Hindi, Thalapathy Vijay-Rashmika's ‘Vaarasudu’ to release in Malayalam: Reports Thalapathy Vijay’s Vaarasudu, is all set to hit the big screens on January 12. The film's songs, “Ranjtihame,” and “Soul Of Varisu” are already ruling the chartbusters. The latest buzz about the film has got all the fans excited. Apparently, the makers are planning to release it in Malayalam. Recently, the film’s producer Dil Raju said the film will release in Hindi simultaneously with the Tamil and Telugu versionsThe film’s Tamil audio launch was recently held in Chennai and was attended by the Beast actor, his leading lady in the film Rashmika Mandanna and music composer S Thaman. According to industry sources, Power Star Pawan Kalyan might attend the Telugu audio launch as its chief guest. Though there has been no official confirmation from the makers yet, the news has excited fans of both the South stars. Dil Raju, also clarified that the film is not a remake. “Many people asked me if 'Varisu' is a remake or a sequel of any film. It's neither a remake nor a sequel; it's a straight Tamil film. We dedicate this movie to all the parents out there. The film will have (elements of) fun, action sequences, emotions, groovy songs, and dance moves,” remarked Raju. Time and again, fans have spotted an uncanny resemblance between Mahesh Babu’s family entertainer Maharshi and ‘Vaarasudu’. Interestingly, both the films have been directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Apart, from Vijay and Rashmika the film will also feature Prabhu Ganesan, Jayasudha, Khushbu, and Prakash Raj.
