Earlier, there were rumours of their collaboration, but when the two were recently spotted together in Mumbai and the director commented on one of Suriya's Instagram post, people are now wishing that the rumours turn out to be true.Adding strength to the reports are the tweets of a chennai-based television channel, SS Music, and a noted Tamil social media influencer, Amutha Bharathi, both of whom stated that Suriya is going to star in Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra's ‘Karna’ . If the reports turn out to be true, this film would be Suriya's second outing in Bollywood after Rakta Charitra 2 (2010).
