Ram Charan and Jr NTR were asked about how the Super Stardom post RRR has changed their lives
Both Ram Charan and Jr NTR have justified their star status with praiseworthy performances in RRR as Alluri Sita Ramaraju and Komaram Bheem. The spectacular success of the film has now given them a fan base across the whole nation. So, how does this newfound pan-Indian super stardom feel like for the duo and how has it changed their lives?
This was the question posed to Charan and NTR at the success bash of ‘RRR’ in Mumbai. “Super stardom for me is waking up at 5 AM, reaching the location by 7 AM, giving my first shot by 7:30, going home and spending one hour with family, hit the gym, sleep and do the same thing again. I don’t think one can achieve super stardom unless he is in this beautiful loop. I know this might sound boring but it is the one thing that can lead you to success. I don’t think there is any other way. Of course, there are master storytellers like Rajamouli to take care of the rest of the things. As a person, discipline is what gets you to super stardom and sustains you there,” said Ram Charan.
Seconding his opinion, Jr NTR added, “These tags of ‘star’, ‘super star’ or ‘young tiger’ are given by fans. These are tags and we are actors basically, and an actor needs to do day in and day out what Charan has said. It’s discipline which will always remain the same”.
