RC reveals how he would react if “Naatu Naatu” wins Oscar, ‘RRR’ becoming a global phenomenon, and much more Global star Ram Charan is in the US busy with promotional interviews for RRR ahead of the 95th Academy Awards. In an interview with ABC News Live, the actor opened up on doing Hollywood films. “Right now I am already committed to a couple of films in India, but I am looking at projects outside of India as well. I want the directors here in Hollywood to explore the talent we have in India. I hope we get some good calls and meetings when we go to LA for the Oscars. (sic),” said Ram Charan. RC, as the actor is fondly referred revealed how he would react if “Naatu Naatu,” bags the Oscar. Charan said, “I don’t think I’ll believe it. They have to wake me up and say, go and take it. Shove me up on stage. I’ll be the happiest. I don’t think it’ll be our success, it’ll be the success of the Indian film industry. None of us can take the credit,” added the actor. “Naatu Naatu,” has been nominated in the 'Best Song' category competing against some of the biggest names in world music like Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and Diane Warren.Speaking about ‘RRR’ becoming a global phenomenon, he said: “It’s a great space we are all in right now. I feel like it’s a responsibility more than an achievement. I just don’t want it to be a one-time wonder.
