RRR director will be presenting the biopic on the ‘Father of Indian Cinema’, which is also produced by his son SS KarthikeyaOn Tuesday, India’s popular filmmaker SS Rajamouli has made an announcement that he will be presenting a film that ‘moved him emotionally when he first heard the narration.’ Titled ‘Made in India’, the film is said to be a biopic on the ‘Father of Indian Cinema’ - Dadasaheb Phalke.Rajamouli released the title teaser of the film which is directed by Nitin Kakkar and produced by the former’s son SS Karthikeya and Varun Gupta. ‘Made in India’ is also Karthikeya’s debut as a producer. A story on the “birth and rise of Indian cinema” and a “biopic on Indian cinema”, the film is currently in the making and will be released in the year 2024, in Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam languages.National Award-winning filmmaker Nitin Kakkar is known for his work predominantly in Hindi cinema and he also won the ‘National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi’ for ‘Filmistaan (2012)’.Check out Rajamouli’s announcement here: Twitter
