Makers of ‘Michael’ release first looks of Anasuya Bharadwaj and Varun Sandesh from the movie
Sundeep Kishan’s pan-Indian project Michael is gearing up for its release on February 17. The makers today released the first look posters of Anasuya Bharadwaj and Varun Sandesh.
Anasuya started her career as a television anchor and rose to fame with the role ‘Kolli Rangamma’ in Rangasthalam. She carved a niche for herself in the Telugu Film Industry and proved her acting prowess by playing the antagonistic ‘Dakshayani’ in Pushpa: The Rise. Now, she is all set to appear in a ferocious new avatar in ‘Michael’.
Dressed in a black saree and wielding an axe in her hand, Anasuya will be essaying the role of ‘Charulatha,’ described as the mad queen. Check out Anasuya’s first look from the film below:
Varun Sandesh started his acting career with the hit 2007 movie Happy Days in the direction of Sekhar Kammula. He continued to act in rom-coms like Kotha Bangaru Lokam and Yemaindi Ee Vela, his roles in the movies earned him a name among the youth for playing relatable characters.
Contrary to the roles he was in so far, Varun will be seen in a rugged ‘whacky’ avatar in ‘Michael’. Dressed in a button-up the actor is sporting a golden chain and cooling glasses in the first look shared by the makers. The makers described his character like this, “Every Kingdom has a BRAT, but we bring you a Thug.” Check out the poster here:
‘Michael’, co-starring Vijay Sethupathi, Divyansha Kaushik, Gautham Menon, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, is slated to release on 3 February 2023. It will screen across the country in multiple languages – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
