Krithi Shetty has finished shooting for her part in Ram Pothineni's next film Krithi Shetty, who’s playing the female lead in Ram Pothineni-Lingusamy venture The Warrior, has completed shooting for her portions in the film. She will also be joining the Suriya-Bala project on April 3. Speaking about her experience on ‘The Warrior’, the Uppena actress said, “I play ‘Whistle Mahalakshmi’ in the film. I received so much affection from everyone on the sets that it feels very hard to be leaving them”. Krithi also spoke about landing the opportunity to act in the Suriya-Bala film. It seems Director Bala had seen her photographs and liked one, especially in which she posed with a certain attitude that impressed him. He then asked her to meet him and the audition took place in Chennai in the month of January. Apparently, Bala was satisfied because Krithi landed the role. “I’m extremely happy I got to be a part of the film. I really like how all the characters in his movies are raw and natural. The emotions they go through are very similar to our real-life emotions,” said the actress. Krithi Shetty also expressed her delight at getting the opportunity to work with Suriya who was one of her favourite actors.
