The ‘Pushpa’ actor is reportedly in talks with Shah Rukh-Nayanthara starrer ‘Jawan’ director Atlee
Shah Rukh Khan and director Atlee’s upcoming pan-Indian film ‘Jawan’ has been in the limelight since the day it was announced. The grapevine has constantly been abuzz about different actors joining the cast of the film. The latest actor to join the list is ‘Pushpa Raj’ Allu Arjun. Bunny has previously spoken about being open to the idea of working in a Bollywood movie, provided the project is exciting. Now it looks like his wish is coming true.
Reportedly, director Atlee has approached the Stylish Star for a special cameo role in the upcoming movie. According to the grapevine, Allu Arjun has not officially signed the project but is excited about the role and is willing to join the movie and share screen space with King Khan. Allegedly, the role was first offered to Thalapathy Vijay but later Arjun was considered for the character.
‘Jawan’ also marks lady superstar Nayanthara’s Hindi debut. The film will also feature Vijay Sethupathi and Sanya Malhotra in pivotal roles and will hit theatres on June 2, 2023. The film, bankrolled by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment, will release in five languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Up next, Allu Arjun will be seen in the sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise. Production for the project is currently underway, and the movie is expected to release towards the end of 2023.
