Bhanwar Singh aka Fahadh reportedly alloted dates to Malayalam films, since 'Pushpa 2' was delayed The delay in the much-anticipated sequel of Sukumar directorial Pushpa: The Rule starring Allu Arjun- Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role has not only disappointed fans but apparently its cast also. Grapevine has it that actor Fahadh Faasil, who played the much-loved role of antagonist Bhanwar Singh and garnered critical acclaim for the role, decided to back out from the highly anticipated sequel. A leading entertainment portal reported that the Mollywood star had expressed his desire to opt out of the film and had even allotted dates to several Malayalam projects, all of which are now put on hold. Fahadh had signed Sudheesh Shankar’s ‘Hanuman Gear’, which was supposed to go on floors in November, and he also had Althaf Salim’s romcom ‘Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira’.According to industry sources, “Fahadh had initially decided to opt out of Pushpa 2, but there was pressure from the makers of the film as well as due to his prior commitment with them.
